This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for orders placed through our official channels.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially for personal care products).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Free gifts or promotional items
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We arrange a reverse pickup whenever possible.
- After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- The replacement will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection.
- If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund or offer an alternative product.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible under our policy).
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts:
- Shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)
- Refunds will be processed after deducting reverse logistics fees
