Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Keitha. We want you to love what you buy, and we’re here to make things right if something isn’t working out.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for orders placed through our official channels.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially for personal care products).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance sales
  • Free gifts or promotional items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We arrange a reverse pickup whenever possible.
  2. After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  4. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • The replacement will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund or offer an alternative product.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible under our policy).


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • Shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting reverse logistics fees
